Convergys' and Oracle's joint solution is customer-centric by design, meaning that it will enable telecommunications providers of all sizes to make the shift from a network to a customer focussed model. The combination of Convergys' Infinys rating and billing software and Oracle's E-Business Suite increases the footprint available to clients whilst avoiding the massive cost overhead normally associated with building, implementing, integrating and maintaining complex IT systems.

All applications can be run on Oracle databases, ensuring that customer, product and contract data remains consistent across all operations.
