Convergys HR Services' local (EMEA) expertise
The Convergys HR Serivces team is geographically spread, and has particular local exposure in the UK, France, Germany, Israel, Russia and Switzerland. The region is covered by a number of overlapping units, including:
- The HR service centre teams where multi lingual graduates - the majority who have professional HR qualifications - serve 30 countries in 18 languages
- The centre of excellence teams where country / organisation specific expertise and experience is housed
- The solution design teams where specialist payroll / HR outsourcing teams work to devise strategies capable or delivering transformational HR change.
The individuals driving HR Services in EMEA come from a variety of backgrounds, including a range of European (public and private) sectors. With experience in the business delivery, HR and management sides of multinational / FTSE 100 / global 1000 organisations, Convergys has the physical presence and market understanding to serve a diverse range of clients.
