  • Revenue management – Geneva, the convergent Infinys application for rating and billing, can handle any combination of services, regardless of the delivery technology. Geneva co-exists seamlessly within legacy environments to support all   business models, including those requiring sophisticated partner settlement.
  • Customer management – Infinys provides a single view of the customer and support for complex hierarchies across customer-facing applications, allied to comprehensive partner management facilities and 24x7 Web-based customer self-service.
  • Fulfilment management – Cygent, the Infinys application for order management, reduces order fall-out through increased automation.  The fulfilment process is further enhanced and supported via strategic alliances with Syndesis and Cramer Systems.

Installed at client sites in over 25 countries, including some of the world’s largest Tier I convergent operators, the WIZARD customer care and billing software delivers advanced support for the cable, satellite and digital terrestrial television (DTT) markets. WIZARD enables cable and satellite operators to:

  • Realise the full potential of ‘triple play’ (voice, video and data) offerings over the same platform
  • Simultaneously drive service innovation and cost reductions
